Return PolicyAt our company, we understand that customers may need to return a product for various reasons. However, we do not offer refunds or allow returns for products that are not defective. Before making a purchase, we recommend that customers reach out to us for advice and assistance, and even arrange for an audition if the product is in stock. Defective Products If a customer receives a defective product, they should contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. To complete the defective exchange or warranty repair, the following information will be required: A receipt or proof of purchase An email detailing the request and issue Upon receiving this information, we will issue a return authorization (RA) number and provide the appropriate address to ship the product back to us. The customer will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to us and should make sure to pack it in the original manufacturer factory packaging and double box it if necessary. The product should be insured to full value and have tracking with the shipper. Once we receive the defective product, we will send a replacement to the customer. If the product is still under warranty, the manufacturer or distributor will handle the warranty repair. Shipping Costs The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for warranty repairs. However, the shipping cost is refundable for a product that is defective when received. We will cover the cost to ship a replacement product to the customer. Order Cancellation At Water Music, we specialize in offering high-quality Loricraft Professional Record Cleaners that are made-to-order. This means that each product is specifically manufactured for each customer's unique order. As such, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for made-to-order products. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order, and to reach out to us for advice and assistance with their selection. We are always available to answer questions and provide support to ensure that our customers make the best possible choices. When a customer places an order for a made-to-order product, we begin the manufacturing process immediately. We cannot accept cancellations once this process has started, as the product is already in production and cannot be modified or cancelled. Once the product is completed, we will ship it to the customer.
